Summary

Reports to and partners with the Head of Employee Experience & Engagement to drive the strategy around how to create an excellent employee experience that enables our people to bring their very best to serve patients. This position is responsible for initiatives that support our culture and drive employee engagement, such as our Global Employee Engagement Survey, work-life balance initiatives, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP); will serve as a thought partner to the organization and manage change and communication strategies that drive engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

- Employee Listening

- Design and administer Global and US-specific engagement surveys; assess impact of actions, and define global and local commitments based on insights
- Build and execute communication, change management and training plans around the surveys
- Provide best practices, guidance, and support across a global HR community to drive effective listening and action taking strategies considering regional and local requirements and needs.
- Surface critical insights across listening programs (e.g., onboarding surveys, exit interviews) and capture the voice of the employee in dynamic ways
- Be a subject matter expert to partner with HRBPs, global and regional HR colleagues, and leadership; enable them with data, tools, and expertise to effectively listen and take action with their client groups/teams
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Bring Daiichi Sankyo’s Employee Value Proposition to life. Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of a plan to embed a consistent EVP into our programs and processes in collaboration with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders. Engage employees around our Employer Brand narrative (EVP) and target messaging and content to different employee segments.
- Program Change ManagementManage projects, change management and communication plans around prioritized engagement initiatives. Develop processes and documentation for program/process evolution.
- Other Engagement Priority Initiatives

- Lead prioritized initiatives to enhance the employee experience (e.g. work-life balance, hybrid work) using a design thinking approach and incorporating innovative thinking and external best practices
- Identify and implement multi-prong engagement and communication tactics; build internal presentations, messages, and other content as needed
- Connect the dots between how employee engagement positively drives business outcomes and share the story of actions taken based on employee feedback
- Build leadership accountability in executing key engagement priorities and for leaders to engage their teams in discussion and take local action.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)

- Bachelor's Degree in psychology or communication fields required
- Master's Degree preferred

Experience Qualifications

- 7 or More Years Human Resources and/or communications experience required
- Experience running employee engagement surveys required
- Project / program management required
- Change management strongly preferred preferred
- Experience with Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) strongly preferred preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions preferred
- Experience designing communications strategies preferred
- Ability to write simplified and effective employee communications preferred

Travel

Ability to travel up to 10% Conferences and business meetings as necessary
