This position will be responsible for the design and execution of secondary research analysis for one of DSI's franchises. The position will provide strategic guidance to home office executives and senior management using "state of the art" analytical techniques.

- Serve as an active member of agile omnichannel marketing campaign teams, providing analytics thought leadership and influencing campaign design. Some of these analytics include: Developing and executing short and long-term measurement plans for proposed campaigns tactics, leading the development of campaign KPIs, reporting and tracking, informing decisions on how to best leverage internal next best action AI/ML capabilities to optimize campaign execution and impact, and managing strategic tagging of campaign content to align with ongoing reporting and measurement plans.
- Drive Integration of omnichannel dynamics with broader analytics activities to help paint full picture of marketing execution and customer engagement. This includes market planning aspects such as physician targeting, segmentation, promotional response modeling/marketing mix analyses, and call planning. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership that will help accelerate product performance. Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing Brand Teams and to Field Sales Management on key decisions by providing data-supported recommendations in a compelling manner.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of patient-journey based alerts programs across the portfolio, including integration with broader omnichannel initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to field and sales teams, including development of reports and ad-hoc insights generation. Conduct analysis of field force’s utilization of critical resources (samples, coupons vouchers, speaker programs, etc.) to identify appropriate use of such resources. Develop recommendations and present to marketing brand leadership and senior sales management.
- Serve as a member of key decision-making bodies/committees (Steering Committee, Commercialization Committee, etc.). Collaborate with heads of committees to develop the requisite secondary analyses to address the team’s business questions.Work collaboratively with Co-promote partners to address secondary research needs. Drive consistency in analytical approach used across organizations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of standardized training and mentoring program for new and less experienced members of NMP team. Mentor and train NMP team members on new data sources, new methodologies, technologies, and analytical techniques that will improve the team’s capabilities.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)

- Bachelor's Degree required
- A background in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, engineering, business management, etc.) preferred
- Therapeutic area experience preferred
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred

Experience Qualifications
- 7 or More Years of overall related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry required
- 4 or More Years of this experience in an analytics or operations-based function (Market Planning, Sales Reporting, Data Governance, IC, etc.) preferred
- experience working with syndicated data (Symphony, IMS, etc.) and relational databases required
