Summary
The Director formulates, leads and executes the access strategy and value communication strategy of a DSI's in-line product portfolio and ensures alignment across all internal stakeholders (Medical, HEOR, Pricing and Contracting, Marketing, and US field Market Access). This includes setting access goals, developing the customer engagement strategy, and development and implementation of tactics in the US to ensure broad market access and reimbursement. This individual is responsible for pre-approval information exchange strategy and execution and the creation of a value proposition and all marketing materials to support access with relevant stakeholders (payers, systems, pathways, GPOs, community oncology, any population health decision maker, to include Hub and Hub websites). The Director will also lead strategy for pathway submissions in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Medical Information and create evidence generation plans (as the co-lead of Core Value Team) designed to meet the requirements of payers and key accounts in the US. Launch support for pipeline assets will be transitioned at about 1 year to 6 months pre-launch.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- MBA, PharmD or PhD preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 10 or More Years overall related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry required
- 4 or More Years Pharmaceuticals experience required
- 4 or More Years Managed markets marketing experience, marketing research, required
- 1 or More Years Pricing and access experience preferred
- 1 or More Years Pharmaceutical managed care sales/account management, preferred
- 1 or More Years Pharmaceutical sales preferred
- 1 or More Years Sales training or brand marketing preferred
Travel
Ability to travel up to 30% Customer Appointments, National and Regional Meetings, Advisory Boards
