We are currently seeking an HRIS Intern for the Summer of 2023. This full-time position will work closely with the Sr. Director of the Solution Delivery Team, Director of HRS&PA and the Lead for the Workplace Solutions Team for approximately 37.5 hours per week. The intern will be directly involved in major 2023 Projects in the execution of our design of the new HR Intranet and further development of the ServiceNow knowledgebase project. In addition, the intern will learn our HRIS Workday system with configuration and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands on experience with the HR Intranet redesign project
- Learn the ServiceNow knowledge base system and develop process documentation
- Work with IT to create tags to the intranet content to allow for a better user experience
- Will handle tickets related to Workday and reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries and development of user guides
- May be involved in a Global HRIS system implementation

Education/Experience:
- Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a concentration in Computer Science, or a related field with an understanding of databases.
- Excel and PowerPoint experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
