Summary
The Manager, Contract Operations & Government Price Reporting will manage operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part B & D and other Federal pricing programs for all approved and launch products, including Oncology Franchise. This role will also facilitate the development and implementation of the Medicaid, VA/DOD, FSS, and commercial contract pricing strategies for currently marketed and pre- launch phase products.
Key responsibilities entail the management of Third Party Vendors responsible for processing commercial and government rebate submissions, data analysis, pricing calculation and submission of State/Federal Price Reporting. Also, responsible for reviewing monthly and quarterly Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), Average Selling Price (ASP), Best Price (BP), quarterly Non-Federal Average Manufacturers Price (NFAMP) calculations and annual NFAMP and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP) calculations in accordance with the Veterans Healthcare Act (VHCA), Public Law 102-585.
This team member will assist with analysis of impact of new pricing and contracting strategies on Government Pricing calculations. In addition, provide input with regard to the impact of marketing and pricing strategies on Medicaid, Federal and other state programs by working cross functionally with key internal business partners in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 7 or More Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in the following areas:
• Government Programs and Pricing, i.e. FSS, AMP, ASP and BP calculations and their relationship to Unit Rebate Amounts (URA) is required.
• BonaFide Service Fee and corresponding Fair Market Value analysis.
• Commercial and Government contract rebate administration
• Pre and post drug launch activities preferred
