We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Business Operations Intern for the summer of 2025. This full time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week. 

Responsibilities:  CTBO Analyst Intern:
• Assist in providing operational and analytical support to the CTBO team
• Help in the collection, organization, and analysis of data to support various projects
• Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and supporting training sessions and workshops on best practices and performance improvement strategies
• Provide logistical support and help in the preparation of meeting materials (PPT slides, meeting notes, training materials, etc.)
• Support maintenance and improvements to internal departmental website
• Develop reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
 
Education/Experience: 

• Proficient in Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing data
• Project management and operational experience helpful 
   

Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a concentration in data management or related field. Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
