Summary

Individual will be responsible to develop and lead the Global Oncology Congress strategy and objectives for the organization. This person will have strategic oversight planning and execution for global oncology congresses and branding activities. Individual will lead the coordination and collaboration across global and regional cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure the successful organization of global congresses to meet corporate goals and strengthen perceptions of the DS Oncology Portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Lead Global Oncology CongressesResponsible for the overall Global Oncology Congress annual strategy, innovation and execution of all key global oncology congress-related activities across multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Corporate Programs and Events, RD, Medical, Marketing and global colleagues) to ensure alignment and maximization of activities in support of the Oncology franchise.

- Chair the Joint Steering Committee (JSC) for Global Oncology Congresses to ensure alignment on overall congress presence, strategic priorities, and budget investments.
- Lead global planning with functional leads to coordinate strategic alignment of all key elements of global congress planning and execution such as sponsorship activities, booth design and logistics, communications, registration badges and housing, on-site preconference and other key meetings, scientific exchange, media events and competitive intelligence.
- Leverage post-congress activities to evaluate impact, innovate and enhance DS global oncology congress presence. These inputs include key communication follow-up, post congress survey, post congress logistic debrief, exhibit metrics and leads captured, and competitive intelligence.
- Oversee overall congress communication plan throughout the organization.
- Congress Content and Asset ManagementOversee the global congress oncology development and management of pipeline content and related assets to showcase the breadth and depth of the DS oncology pipeline. Responsible for ensuring all congress related sponsorship marketing tactics align with the global congress strategic imperatives and individual congress meeting priorities.

- Ensure the global oncology pipeline content and related assets are updated regularly to align with RD and global corporate communications approved schedule, guidance, and criteria.
- Oversee the creation, approval and execution of all sponsorship corporate branded advertisements and promotional activities at global congresses.
- Ensure all congress materials are global, region and/or local approved by legal and compliance authorities based on the location of the congress.
- Relationship ManagementCo-lead association relationship with Global Medical Affairs

- Support all Programs Grants Committee (PGC) sponsorship submission approvals.
- Oversee charitable contribution approvals in partnership with global advocacy as it relates to global oncology congresses.

-Full oversight and management of the creative agency
- Budget management and control
- Evaluation of individual congress projects
- DXd ADC Technology Brand

- Lead the development and implementation of the DXd ADC Technology brand campaign. This includes the global strategy, tactics, and budget management. Responsible for content creation including key messaging, external awareness and education tactics such as website development, media initiatives and coordination with corporate communications, global medical affairs and regional implementation teams.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with an emphasis in health sciences
- MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred

Experience Qualifications
- 10 or More Years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial industry experience including established competency in global congress planning or global brand marketing required
- Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred

Travel

Ability to travel up to 40%
