Job Summary:
The Manager, US Medical Affairs, Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) & Real-World Evidence (RWE) is responsible for executing assigned HEOR & RWE projects and under the direction of leadership supporting the development and communication of evidence as it relates to the Integrated Evidence Plan and relevant internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of management, provides functional support for the conceptual framework of HEOR RWE research priorities and strategic imperatives for assigned areas by managing economic modeling, Outcomes Research methods, protocol synopses, and the validation of supporting materials.
Supports management by synthesizing research findings in assigned areas, assisting with the creation of value and impact messages, and communicating information effectively to the relevant diverse audiences, while also supporting the development and creation, review and approval of publications, and/or submission and presentation of research in peer-reviewed journals and at medical / methodological congresses.
Collaborates with internal teams (such as US Medical Affairs, US Market Access, Global HEOR RWE) and external stakeholders (such as alliance partners, data partners, clinician leaders), representing US HEOR RWE on various cross-functional teams as assigned by management.
Supports and manages the execution of functional and stakeholder training and communications.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree Advanced degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or comparable field preferred or
PharmD or PhD Advanced degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or comparable field preferred
Experience:
4 or More Years overall related work experience required
1 or More Years direct HEOR related experience required
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10%

Salary Range:
$137,840.00 - $206,760.00
