Summary
The Non-Regulated Implementation Services Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, and execution of all non-regulated systems development and implementation within the organization. This role ensures that all non-regulated global corporate systems, regional/global websites, portals, process automation, and related services are developed, implemented, tested, and integrated efficiently and effectively. The Lead will define and drive the methodology, approach, and best practices for non-GxP systems, ensuring alignment with the Global Digital Transformation (DX) and User Digital Experience (UDX) strategies. In this position, the Non-Regulated Implementation Services Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional Global DX teams, including solution architecture, intelligent automation, mobility, web analytics, testing, and integration, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive service delivery. The lead will provide technical leadership, guiding the team in the adoption of innovative technologies and practices. Additionally, the Lead collaborate with business teams, help support in the creation of business cases and the preparation of Kessai and/or Project Entrustment documentation for budget approvals. The Lead will also manage vendor relationships, Product Vendors and licenses, oversee global project budgets, and ensure that all initiatives are executed to the highest standards, meeting both regional and global objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic integration testing plans for the implementation of non-regulated systems, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives. Provide technical leadership across all non-regulated system implementation projects, guiding the team in adopting innovative technologies and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the application development and integration areas to ensure delivery of the most up to date solutions. Oversee the testing strategies and processes to ensure all systems and solutions meet the required quality standards, collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all non-regulated systems are thoroughly tested before deployment. Manage API based integrations of various systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between global corporate systems, regional websites, portals, and other digital platforms, Coordinate with solution architects and development teams to ensure that integrations are executed efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the integration and testing processes. Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure that deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Lead a team of professionals specializing in intelligent automation, solution architecture, mobility, web analytics, testing, and integration. Develop and implement transition plans, including training and support models, to ensure ongoing system maintenance and performance.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field required
Experience Qualifications
- 10 or More Years Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading the development, implementation, and integration (API based) of non-regulated global corporate systems, including regional/global websites, portals, and process automation solutions. required
- 7 or More Years In-depth knowledge of system architecture, software development, integration, and testing methodologies. preferred
- 7 or More Years Hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications including Veeva vault, Sales Force, Envision Pharma, Google Tag Manager, Google Web Analytics and other marketing/campaign tools. preferred
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment, understanding the complexities of different regulatory, cultural, and business landscapes preferred
- Strong communication skills with focus on information translation between technical roles & business roles
- Pharmaceutical industry experiences a strong plus
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10% Domestic and international travel
