We are currently seeking a Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance Intern for the 6 months (June – December). This full part time position works for approximately 20 hours per week. 

Responsibilities: PV Systems and database analytics team with change management activities related to user access requests, service now requests and report maintenance and monitoring.
 

• Assist lead, manager with documenting and tracking change requests
• Help in preparation of change management documentation, coordination and communication with stakeholders
• Support lead with business system configurations
• Collaborate with PV systems team to understand business requirements and test them as required
• Assist in routine maintenance of PV systems , including any data entry updates to the tracker
• Support lead with PV report scheduling activities
• Help develop and update user manuals and training materials for PV systems

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience: 

• Pursuing degree in computer science or Biotechnology Pharma
• Course work focused on data analytics, automations and Artificial intelligence

 
Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with a concentration in computer science or related field. Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
