Summary
This position will be responsible for providing forecast and market research support for Daiichi-Sankyo's Global Oncology product portfolio. Specifically, for forecasting the responsibilities will include forecast support for the AF cycles, prioritization, DP2 and DP3s as needed, and market sizing for CDP indications. Market Research responsibilities include managing the design, execution, analysis, recommendations and reporting of primary and secondary market research projects. Work collaboratively with analytic teams (CI, Regional Insights, Forecasting), as well as extended business partners (Brand teams, OMAP, MA, and Finance)
Responsibilities
- Manage forecast processes for AF cycles, Prioritization, DPs, and market sixing for CDP. Work with forecasting vendor to maintain and distribute regional/country models, and consolidate global summary reports. Update supply chain forecasts and work with SCC to manage supply.
- Lead the design and execution of primary market research studies and secondary analysis to generate insights informing strategic efforts, life-cycle management, forecasting, branding, and marketing mix.Prepare presentations, deliver research findings, and make strategic recommendations that maximize the long-term value of the brand. Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner, and delivered with the appropriate level of detail.Manage business analytic relationships with co-development/ co-promotion partners.
- Develop Strong relationships with brand marketing partners (including Brand Leads and other cross-functional leaders) and serve as thier Insights point person. Attend appropriate meetings and help organize work/project assignments for other team members. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gain alignment on insights derived from primary and secondary market research and data sources. Share and deliver insights to internal global stakeholders.
- Maintains high level of proficiency and understanding of currently available data sources, analytic techniques and market research agency capabilities to ensure the selection of agencies and products that provide Daiichi Sankyo with optimal value for our investment.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced Degree in life sciences, quantitative discipline preferred Experience Qualifications
- 4 or More Years Overall related experience or commensurate education/experience required
- 4 or More Years Market research and/or Business Analytics experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals preferred
Travel
Ability to travel up to 20% Must be able to travel to in-person market research studies and attend relevant company business meetings
