Application Review
Once applications have been reviewed by one of our recruiters, they will work quickly to notify candidates if they will be moving forward in the recruiting process or if they were not a match for this specific role.
Recruiter Conversation
If you are selected to move forward, you will receive a notification to schedule your first conversation with our recruiter and a hiring manager.
Team Interviews
You may also be selected for additional interviews with the panel interview team, which typically consists of 4 or more members. You will receive details of your interview and tips to help you prepare.
Offer Extenstion
When the interview process is complete, you’ll be notified if you are moving forward to the offer stage. Your recruiter will contact you with offer details and potential start date.

Meeting Your Potential New Teammates
Our interview process is streamlined and flexible to meet the needs of each role and team. Candidates will meet with leaders and team members who will support them throughout their journey at Daiichi Sankyo. Meeting the hiring manager early in the process ensures that candidates connect with the person who will most directly impact their success and engagement.
New Hire Navigator
Our 12-month New Hire Navigator program elevates the onboarding experience, providing a high-touch, high-impact program that helps new colleagues feel connected to the organization throughout their first year. We seek to ensure every new colleague feels supported and guided to be successful at Daiichi Sankyo.
